The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has announced the Round 2 seat allotment results for JEECUP Counselling 2026. Candidates who participated in the second round of counselling can now check their allotment status on the official counselling portal and proceed with the admission process according to the prescribed schedule.
The allotment has been prepared based on candidates’ JEECUP 2026 ranks, reservation policy, seat availability and the choices filled during the counselling process. Students can log in using their application credentials to download the allotment letter and verify the details of their allotted institute and programme.
Candidates who have been allotted seats must complete the required admission formalities within the notified timeline. These include paying the prescribed seat acceptance fee, completing document verification and reporting to the allotted institute. Failure to complete these steps before the deadline may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
Applicants should keep all required documents ready for verification, including the JEECUP 2026 rank card, allotment letter, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, transfer certificate, character certificate, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar card and passport-size photographs.
Education experts advise candidates to carefully verify every detail on the allotment letter before reporting to the institute. Students who are not satisfied with their allotted seat should regularly monitor the counselling portal for information regarding subsequent counselling rounds and vacant seats.
JEECUP serves as the gateway for admission to diploma and polytechnic programmes offered by government, aided and private institutions across Uttar Pradesh. The counselling process ensures transparent and merit-based allocation while providing multiple opportunities for candidates to secure admission in their preferred institutions.
