KVS–NVS Tier 2 city intimation slip released, exams scheduled from March 27

The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the city intimation slip for candidates appearing in the Tier 2 recruitment examination conducted for Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Candidates who cleared the first stage of the recruitment process can now check the city allotted to them for the next round of examination.

The city intimation slip was issued on March 9 and provides advance information about the examination city, date and shift. The Tier 2 examination is scheduled to be conducted between March 27 and March 31 at multiple centres across the country.

Officials clarified that the city slip is issued to help candidates plan travel arrangements ahead of the exam. However, it is not the admit card and cannot be used as an entry document at the examination centre.

The admit card carrying the exact address of the examination venue and reporting time will be released separately closer to the examination dates. Candidates will be required to carry the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof on the day of the test.

Applicants have been advised to regularly check the official recruitment portal for updates regarding the release of admit cards and other examination instructions.
